As our People Coordinator, your work will impact and influence entire employee lifecycles. Working in a dynamic environment and across all departments, having strong organisational skills and a sense of initiative will set you apart. Your day-to-day will cover everything from supporting our Head of People with day-to-day admin and operations with the opportunity to expand our people initiatives to support our employees in reaching their potential.

We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, curious and an agile worker. If you’re a people person who wants to work in a fast-paced agency, this is the role for you.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in People/HR/Talent, ideally in an agency environment
- Degree educated, or equivalent experience
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Unfailing attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good eye for data analytics and using spreadsheets
- A proactive ‘can do’ approach, always on the ball, thinking ahead and looking for new ideas or ways of improving current working methods
