**The Role**

You will be working with a young boy with complex needs at his family home, supporting him with his care routine by ensuring you deliver the best possible care.

You will play a crucial part in ensuring that we consistently provide care that really meets the requirements of the people we assist.

You will conduct 4 brief home visits per day, where you will aid the full time carers with personal care, meal preparation etc.

Main Responsibilities
- Brief morning personal care: 7am - 9am
- Lunchtime support, aiding with meal prep: 1pm - 2pm
- Dinner time support, aiding with meal prep: 7pm - 8pm
- Evening support, brief personal care: 9:30pm - 10:30pm
