**Pembrook Resourcing are currently looking Project Planner for a to join one of our clients, A well renowned business in the area**

**Essential Requirements.**
- Skills and Experience
- HNC minimum in an Engineering Discipline.
- A minimum three years’ experience as a construction project planner.
- A good working knowledge of various standard forms of contract
- including NEC
- CSCS

**Key Requirements.**
- Accountable for the production, monitoring, analysing, and reporting on project plans
- Must have strong Primavera P6 experience
- A clear level of planning control, governance, and reporting.
- Plan resource levelling to smooth out resource overloads, future forecasting of resourcing and produce a cost analysis report against budget.
- Ensure Programme Integration, identification of issues and identify solutions

- Management of scope change notices in accordance with the contract requirements (e.g., early warnings, PMI’s, and compensation notices).
