Housing Dispersal Auditor, permanent post based in the South East/Surrey and London. This is a full time post, offered at £34,000 working 40 hours per week, requiring a completely flexible approach to working due to locations of properties and the managingagents. You will need a Full UK Driving License and access tom your own vehicle, maybe opting for some public transport as and when required. Your primary objectives is to provide direct support and management service to the tenants, however in order to achieve this you will work closely with a number of property managing agents, ensuring that the conduct regular audits and inspections are carriedout in line with service level agreements, health and safety standards and the overall welfare of the tenants and their families.

As a Housing Dispersal Auditor, you may have worked within the 'voids' sector, monitoring the overall standard of internal/external properties, repairs and maintenance and replacement of appliances is required, therefore having a good understanding of whatis expected from the managing agents.

As a Housing Dispersal Auditor, you will assess and conduct regular audits of estates and properties, closely monitoring standards and reporting on any issues under each contract. Reporting all findings to key stakeholders, professional and public sectorbodies whilst confirming remedial works and outcomes all form key elements of this role. The need to attend regular team meetings, produce minutes for meetings, agree agendas and plan points of action will become very much the 'norm' when in this role, thereforea need to have excellent levels of verbal and written communication skills is critical to the success of this role.

You will work as part of a wider team with management responsibilities for some team members, assessing their workloads and checking progress, responsible for training, coaching and development will be required in this role. You will have advanced workingknowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
