**Customer Relationship and Account Administrator**
We are a fast growing and busy printing company that designs, develops and delivers bespoke wedding and event stationery. Customer focus is a main priority for us. This requires an accurate record of the needs of each customer as they proceed through their wedding and event planning journey. Consequently, all aspects of activity (design, invoicing, printing, packing and dispatch) is guided by a master Excel spreadsheet.

**What you’ll be doing**
In the main:
- Updating MS Excel spreadsheet and inputting orders
Also:
- Being the first point of contact for customers
- Answering the phone
- Researching & ordering new stock
- Doing regular stock checks
- Creating occasional invoices
- General light office duties including assisting with packing orders or assembling and gluing stationery during busy periods
- Assisting with franking post, organising, and tidying the office and generally helping colleagues wherever necessary
- Able to work alone and as part of a small team

- Competent using a Mac desktop and especially software such as MS Excel and MS Word. If you’re a Windows user, Mac can be taught provided you are tech savvy and have all the other skills required.

- Polite and able to assist customers and take the stress out of creating their event stationery.
**More about what we’re looking for**
You will be someone who is tidy and organised and able to work efficiently to time constraints. Ideally you will also have an interest in art and crafts and be able to handle delicate stationery.
**Where you’ll work**
All office work is undertaken on 2 floor levels in our premises in Blackminster. There is no heavy lifting involved. All materials are provided and any training, outside the basic skills required, will be given.
**Who are we?**
We are a small family business. We design and produce customised wedding stationery and our emphasis is on quality and customer service. We are a friendly team who absolutely love what we do, and it varies and changes all the time so never gets boring.
**Work hours**
We need someone who will fit in and provide valuable assistance on a part-time basis for 3 - 4 days a week. These will always include a Monday (or Tuesday after a bank holiday) and a Wednesday. Hours and days are otherwise negotiable.
Hours are likely to be around 22 (minimum) - 30 a week, Mo - Fr, with mutually agreed hours/days. Weekends and evenings are not required.
**Pay/Salary**
Initially you will be paid an hourly, self-employed rate, beginning at £11.44 an hour as you learn about our products, the work process, and the administrative requirements. This will be reviewed and adjusted as you gain skills and prove yourself competent. Once you are able to work totally unsupervised, pay and hours can be renegotiated. Ultimately, we want someone who is able to take over the day-to-day administration for 3 - 4 days a week and who is looking for long-term employment that can become a permanent position later on.
**Interview**:
After a successful interview, you will be invited to spend a trial day with us on your own time where you are welcome to come in and watch us and see what a day with us looks like. It will give you a chance to see the working environment, meet the team, and decide whether or not the position is something you would love and for us to see if you’re the right fit for the team. It’s important that we all work well together as we are a small, family-run business and we are looking for someone on a long-term basis who genuinely wants to grow with us and become a valued member of our team.
