O’Toole Transport is an Irish & UK based temperature-controlled logistics provider. In 2019 we opened our BRC accredited Bellshill site which supports the Scottish seafood industry through collecting, consolidating, and delivering goods throughout the UK & Europe.

Due to growth within our Scottish business, we are looking to recruit an Export / Transport Administrator.

As part of a small team this role will include
- Data Entry (Booking Jobs on System / Creating Customs Documents)
- Printing and Compiling Customs Paperwork
- Dispatching Drivers
- Debriefing Drivers
- Match PODs / Scan onto System
- Stock Check / Ordering

Desired Skill, not essential - French Speaking

This role will be Tuesday - Friday 12:00 - 21:00 / Saturday 10:00 - 19:00
