Conveyancing Assistant

A full-service law firm who have offices in 14 locations across Lincolnshire, the East Midlands and South Yorkshire are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Conveyancing Team in Doncaster.
The Role
- Assisting Fee Earners with their caseload from inception to completion.
- Obtaining redemption figures from Lenders.
- Updating Clients and third parties.
- Being responsible for chasing various documents i.e Mortgage Offers, ID and responses to correspondence.
- Issuing Sale contract packs.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a residential property role.
- Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Can build strong client relationships and have great communication skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
