ACS Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an "Employer of Choice", seeking an Employment Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hard-working Solicitor/Legal Executive with a keen interest in employment Law and strong ambition for career development to join the highly well-established friendly but busy Commercial Services (Employment) Team.

The role:

- Capability of managing own caseload without supervision
- Experienced to both claimant and respondent employment matters
- Ability to discuss knowledgeably topical employment law issues
- Corporate support/transactional experience
- Sound Legal knowledge, drafting and advisory experience
- Exposure of undertaking advocacy (in court, chambers, tribunal setting)
- Practical, Commercial and Financial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Marketing/BD skills - developing contacts and building relationships
- Experience of working in a city or medium/large provincial practice is desirable
