We have the opportunity for two Modern Apprentices to join The University of Edinburgh Catering Department. The role will be based at our largest catering unit; The John McIntyre Conference Centre located within Pollock Halls.

The John McIntyre Conference Centre is a 500-seater buffet style restaurant that provides approximately 28,000 meals per week during our student period and breakfast, lunch and dinner to our commercial guests year round.

As a Catering Assistant, you will support the operational service delivery to our students and commercial guests throughout the year. At the same time, you will work towards and gain a SCQF Level 5 in Hospitality Services. Full training will be given.
