Receptionist/administrator (Bradley Stoke)

Abatec are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service / Administrator for our client based in Bradley Stoke/Patchway.
You will be reporting and assisting the customer service manager. This role is intended to offer administration support and customer service to the Office Operation.
You will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day administration tasks and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Resolving customer orders and customer inquiries
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining and managing several Excel spreadsheets to provide accurate information regarding the operations
Previous skills and experience required:
- Previous administration/ customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT Literate (Microsoft office, Excel)
- Able to work independently
**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday (part time hours)
**Salary**: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
