Our client, an innovative provider of waste management solutions, is seeking a temporary coordinator to assist them through a particularly busy period.
**Key Duties**:
- Contract admin for key accounts
- Build on existing customer relationships and source new business
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries
- Taking calls, assessing requirements and direct to other departments if necessary
- Contact customers, record information onto in-house booking system
- Complete admin tasks such as inputting data, entering information onto CRM system
- Provide customer support and advise
**Hours/Days of Work**:
- Monday to Friday 8:00am
- 5:00pm
- Once trained you will be required to work one day a week 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
