**Supply Primary Teaching Assistants**

**Location: Leeds.**

**Pay: £70- £85 per day.**

**Basis: You decide how much you want to work.**

Provide Education are looking to recruit primary teaching assistants in the local area to support our partner primary schools within the Leeds district. Due to an increased demand for teaching assistants in this area, we are wanting to recruit TA’s that are looking to work between 1-5 days per week.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- **Classroom Support**: You would assist the class teacher in creating a positive learning environment students during lessons, ensuring they stay engaged and focused throughout.
- **Preparation**: You would make sure classroom is prepared, ready for lessons, to provide an organised environment for both staff and pupils and help tidy the classroom after the lesson.
- **Pupil Assistance**: Work closely with individual students or small groups, providing additional support.
- **Supervision**: Monitor students during breaks, lunch, and other non-instructional periods. Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all students.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as needed, to enhance your skills and knowledge in education.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience is required, however a background working with education would be advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or coursework related to education is a plus.
- Have strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with both pupils and colleagues.
- Have a passion for education is essential.
- Will be Committed and motivated to helping students.
