**About the Role**:Join our dynamic team as a Project Support Coordinator and play a pivotal role in our fast-paced office environment. As a crucial link, you will support managers and the team across a range of projects and plans, ensuring effective resource deployment, priority maintenance, and service resilience.

You will contribute significantly to delivering statutory duties, providing impartial, accurate, and confidential service to parents and carers, and actively driving engagement with our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing guidance and supervision to the team, maintaining professional standards and best practices.
- Prioritizing safeguarding principles throughout procedures and practices, ensuring the safety of vulnerable adults.
- Assisting the team manager and stepping in when needed to create a supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.
- Conducting individual complex assessments and safeguarding inquiries to develop suitable options for individual needs.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver expert social work support for vulnerable adults and carers.

**Qualifications for Success**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and influence others.
- Effective teamwork and task management, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Proficiency in literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, coupled with pragmatic decision-making abilities.
- Relevant experience in customer service or front-line roles, along with familiarity with data management.

21 hours per week, and these can be worked as 3 full days or spread across the week Monday to Friday. Whichever approach, You will be required to come into the office (Chichester) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Rest of the time can be at home

**Note**: This role involves handling confidential information and promoting safeguarding policies and processes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £12.02 per hour
