**As our Contracts Executive you will**:

- Draft Customer Contracts, SLAs and Terms & Conditions
- Generation and preparation of Sales Order Forms
- Assist with Renewals of Customer Contracts, SLAs and Terms & Conditions
- Monitor contracts for expiry dates and changes
- Draft Data Sharing Agreements
- Draft and send Legal Letters
- Draft and send NDAs and monitor expiry dates
- Work with due diligence for Suppliers/Sub processors
- Assist with drafting Sales Tenders
- Review Third Party Terms and Conditions
- Draft Integration Agreements, including; Collaboration Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Data Sharing Agreements and Terms & Conditions
- Assist with maintaining Contract Frameworks
- Review Customer Contracts to ensure compliance with the SLAs and Terms & Conditions
- Assist Sales and Product teams with general contract queries
- Taking Meeting Minutes

**Essentials**:

- At least 4+ Years contracts experience
- Have an ability to work in a self -directive environment and be proactive in resolving problems and complete tasks within strict deadlines.
- Have a high standard of written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight or fluid deadlines.
- High levels of attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in cross team collaboration and effective communication skills across various levels of seniority
- Previous work experience in an office environment

**Desirables**:

- Previous knowledge of Information Security and GDPR
- Legal experience or background
- Previous knowledge of the care industry either through business or personal experience
