Receptionist - Banbridge - Law Firm

VANRATH are thrilled to be partnering with one of NI's leading Law firms. The firm has a great reputation and places immense value on their staff, and VANRATH are delighted to be helping them recruit a **Receptionist** on a **Permanent **basis.

The role will be performed within Monday - Friday (Flexibility on start and finish times). Based in **Banbridge**.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the first point of contact
- Deal with inbound calls and outbound calls to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Assist in managing visitors and providing additional information, where appropriate.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Scanning bundles of documents
- Provide assistance for meeting room bookings and catering as required and to liaise with relevant parties to ensure the delivery of a professional service;
- Maintain safe and clean Reception area
- Overseeing facilities within the office and reporting to the necessary departments

**The Ideal Person**
- Essential - at least 1 years’ experience in a Receptionist role or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
