Facilities Co-ordinator

Our client, a professional and friendly company based in Stoke Poges, is looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join their team.
**Working Hours**:
Mon -Thurs 08.30 - 17.00 (1 hour for lunch)
Friday 08.30 - 13.30 with provision that this may be either AM or PM (1300 - 18.00) depending upon company requirement. Occasional weekend (Saturday and Sunday working may be required).
Available for any out of hours call out to the building in the event of any emergencies.
**Key responsibilities include**:
**Maintenance**:
- Ensure all building mechanical & electrical plant is functioning correctly, safely and within the guidelines of best practice and legislative compliance
- Manage all day to day issues with maintenance contracts and ensure contractors working on the premises comply with the company's procedures relating to security and health and safety
- Responsible for general Ad hoc maintenance of office and area of demise
- To coordinate minor repairs and maintenance duties at the premises to include responsibility for Risk Assessments, Method Statements, PEEPS and other ad-hoc office safety administration
**Office Support**:
- Issue of security passes to staff and contractors and complete pass maintenance in line with security procedures
- To be responsible for ensuring that office and kitchen equipment within the premises is regularly serviced and repaired
- Ensuring adequate supplies and control of all office consumables such as stationery and stock for tea points
- To process all invoices within SAP and record expenditure against budgeted spend
- Ensure compliant H&S practices within the office including,- Checking appropriate contractor certification is current and valid
- Regular office inspection and testing procedures are completed
- Arranging training of First Aiders and Fire Wardens
- Coordinate office reorganisations and small scale projects as required in collaboration with other departments e.g. IT.
- Responsible for management of all post at Head Office
- Provide break time cover for security guard at front reception
**Experience/skills needed**
- Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths
- IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
- First Aid Certificate
- Working within a building FM role would be preferred
- A full clean driving license with own car is essential
- Customer Focused -You will need to be customer focused and be able to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders.
- You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as being able to prioritise tasks and multi skill.
- You will be a strong team player and provide a flexible approach to adapt to an ever changing environment.
