As **Assistant Product Owner **you will work with a brand new squad delivering digital help and support via web bot, customer services knowledge base and digital channels. This is a varied and exciting role for someone that wants to take steps on the career path to becoming a Digital Product Owner.

You will work directly with an experienced Product Owner and we will support your skills development with both informal and formal training.

**About the role**

As **Assistant Product Owner **(Voice of the Customer), you’ll be passionate about making a difference by driving effective Agile delivery, bringing the team and stakeholders together to delivery excellent digital customer and colleague help content. You will
- Support the delivery team by leading on delivery scheduling in the digital help and support domain
- Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them
- Work closely with Customer Services stakeholders to ensure Digital help and support addresses customer and colleague pain points
- Work closely with our team of Content and Conversation Designers to effectively prioritise their work

**About you**

You will be a brilliant communicator. You might come from a digital or operational background. You’ll know how to work collaboratively whilst driving forward the delivery of great customer and colleague experiences. You will have
- Experience of fast paced delivery in a complex organisation
- An understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Experience of delivering great customer experiences
