Roofer - Commercial

We are currently looking for an experienced individual or team of two, to join our existing field teams covering the Midlands.

Key responsibilities:

- Inspecting and identify failures to roof covering caused by water ingress;
- Undertake minor repairs e.g. gutter repairs, patch repairs, tile replacements
- Maintain accurate records of all works undertaken e.g., completing Job Cards and updating client portals as required, detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job.
- Ensure that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times, in accordance with all technical standards
- To build positive working relationships with clients and ensure that all work is completed to a satisfactory level
- Participate in the ‘out of hours' service on a rota basis to ensure any roofing issues are dealt with promptly.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
