Our client, a leading and international Law firm is seeking a Post Room Assistant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within the Legal sector as a Post Room Assistant, or someone with a minimum of 1 years’ office experience looking for a new challenge in an international firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering and sorting all incoming post
- Franking outgoing mail, including processing of special deliveries and recorded deliveries
- Sending and tracking of international and local couriers
- Hard copying, digital printing and lamination of documents and folders
- Ordering stationary from external provider to ensure office supplies are maintained
- Scanning
- Setting up conference rooms
- Recycling and shredding confidential documentation
This is an amazing chance for someone to break into the Legal field whilst learning from a team around you.
This is the ideal position for someone looking for their first office-based role, or someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an office environment looking to transfer their skills into the Legal sector.
