Finance Apprenticeship

Located in Bedlington, this Apprenticeship role will assist the Accounts Payable functions for the business. This is suited to a school or college leaver who is looking to begin a career in Accounting & Finance.

You will study the AAT qualification alongside the following responsibilities:

- Reconciliation and processing of PO invoices
- Seeking approval and processing of Non-PO invoices
- Processing of employee expenses
- Following-up on supplier queries
- Supplier payments & employee expense payments
- Allocation of payments
- Ensuring supplier payments are made on time
- Maintaining supplier master data
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Month End Processes:GRIR review and reconciliation
- Account reconciliations
- Aged creditor reporting
- Intercompany trade matching
- Payables cashflow forecasting

No prior experience is necessary and all training will be provided. NVQ in Business Admin or qualification in Finance / Accountancy will be provided and the learning is an integral aspect of the role.
