We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable / organised Recruitment Assistant to join our professional team. Our colleagues help to find the right people for NHS roles that are vital to the outstanding care we give our patients every day.

You’ll be motivated by delivering exceptional standards of customer service and feel rewarded by going the ‘extra-mile’.

You’ll have previous administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment setting or within an HR team, with great people and customer service skills, as you will act as an ambassador and role model within the recruitment team.

We’re a close team but we’re never exclusive, if you can bring a professional approach and fresh ideas we would love to hear from you.

We put patients first and we expect all of our colleagues to do the same, so although NHS experience isn’t a requirement for this role you’ll need to share our passion for delivering excellent patient care and keep that passion at the forefront of your professional activity at all times.

- 27 days annual leave (rising to 29 and then 33), plus bank holidays

**Additional Working Pattern**: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
