**Location: Fulham**
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Clinic Co-ordinator to join our friendly and hardworking team of staff within our Fulham Clinic, reporting directly to the Clinic Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the clinic adheres to the company administrative and other protocols.
Ideally from a similar administration/customer service background, you will be appreciative of delivering a high-quality customer focused service to our patients as well as being able to deal efficiently with internal administrative matters. The ability to multi-task, prioritise and be responsive to changing business requirements is essential.
The postholder shall be the administrative team link between Clinic and Head Office. managing clinic sales and administration, competency of Word and Excel at a minimum intermediate level is essential. The role is varied and includes being responsible for the effective co-ordination of the sales and administration function within the clinic in all aspects relating to patient administration, company administration and day to day sales and administrative duties, medical records, banking and petty cash, liaising with third party hospitals regarding theatre availability, liaising with our Surgeons helping to organise their schedules and arranging travel and covering on our reception will be necessary from time to time, where duties will include answering the phone, meeting and greeting patients and using first class customer service skills.
Applicants should have the ability and confidence to handle sometimes difficult patient situations. You will respect the need for patient confidentiality and always work to provide the best customer service.
Although training will be provided, some knowledge of CQC regulations within an independent clinic setting would be highly advantageous.
This is a part-time contract based upon **24 hours per week** to be worked as per the rota which will include working weekends and late evenings therefore the applicant should be flexible in their working arrangements.
