Rushcliffe Borough Council is a modern, ambitious local authority looking for an ICT Endpoint Officer to join our busy team. You will work within a small team responsible for the laptops and phones used by all our officers - from the devices themselves to all software, accessories, and peripherals. This includes the purchase and building of new hardware, installation of software including updates, security, and the resolution of problems reported through the ICT Service Desk. You will work with your peers to ensure operations across the Council run efficiently and without disruption, helping the team achieve Service Level Agreements, keeping Knowledgebase data up-to-date, and using your excellent diagnostic skills to resolve issues.

As part of the role applicants will be required to complete a basic DBS process as part of the Baseline Personal Security Standard Checks.
