Assistant Project Manager required for our client, who will develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the Project Management Team (PM) by supporting the production of project reports for issue internally and externally on a regular basis andto report on project progress and performance.

You will be assisting Construction Managers with onsite quality control, coordination, procurement, benchmarks and liaison. Some overseas travel will be required to enable project delivery, need and frequency. Duration will be determined by the role holderand projects secured, but as a guide we expect that around 20 days a year shall be spent traveling.

**Assistant Project ManagerPosition Overview**

General
- Managing and assisting in the delivery of a variety of construction related projects from inception to completion.
- Preparation of feasibility reports, specifications, client briefs and tender documents
- Attending project meetings, preparing progress reports and managing third party consultants and contractor teams.

Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake other tasks as reasonably requested by your Line Manager
- All employees are required to adhere to the values of partnership, quality, integrity, dependability and creativity.

**Assistant Project ManagerPosition Requirements**

You have a degree qualification in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, commercial management or are willing to attend day release college in order to achieve this. You will be working towards or willing to achieve membership with arelevant institution (e.g. CIOB or ICE). You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You have a project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities they have to offer.

**Assistant Project ManagerPosition Remuneration**
- £20,000 - £24,000
- £4000 car allowance
