This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Landscape Architect to join a multidisciplinary planning-led architecture practice based in Cornwall, working across architectural sectors but specialising in bespoke housing design.

**The Role**:
*Produce landscape and visual assessments for environmental impact assessments.
*Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
*LVIA assessments.
*Producing visualisations and preparing master plans.
*Remote working available - would need to work from Truro offices at least once per month.
**The Person**:
*Relevant degree qualification.
*Relevant practical experience.
*Chartership desirable but not essential.
*Experience with landscape and urban design (new development & regeneration) desirable.
*Commercially aware and able to form successful business relationships.
*Willing to commute to office near Truro **once per month**.
