**About The Role**
This role is the cornerstone of our People function which includes our Talent Acquisition team. Our People practices at BCW are designed to cultivate our employees’ growth and momentum and therefore this role supports the full suite of responsibilities across this specialism
**Experience that contributes to your success**
- You have proven experience working in an administrative role or supporting the organisation and infrastructure of a team.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
- Sound IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel)
- You have an exceptional eye for detail, a flare for diplomacy and a commitment to confidentiality
- You won’t be afraid to organise senior people and you’ll enjoy getting into the detail of projects and processes to support their inception, implementation, maintenance, and growth.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
**What you will do as you MOVE with us**
People Team support:
- Organisation: this role will thrive on underpinning the People Team’s general administration, team task organisation and upwards management to make sure the People team members are getting actions completed on time and keeping on top of progression on projects and deliverables. This role would be part of our PA Group (a community for all our Team Admins and PAs) to ensure connectivity to our Practices and wider BCW initiatives.
- Support People team for all general queries: responsible for managing the people team inbox; processing employees’ requests and gathering and providing relevant information to our employees and stakeholders.
- Diary management: Managing our People team calendar - whether that be for employee milestones, L&D programmes, interviews, initiatives, or events. Also support our Head of HR, where required, in diary logistics
- Central Resource Practice Support: responsible for the logistics of our Central Practice (which covers People, Finance, Marketing and Growth, Office Management) meetings, events and activities and coordinating celebration of employee milestones across this group.
- Data maintenance: Maintain employee files, databases and trackers.
- Paperwork: Prepare paperwork to reflect the relevant stages in the employment journey - whether that be an offer letter, promotion congratulations or leaver details.
- Event management: supporting on the logistics and delivery of people events, and onboarding events. Working closely with our agency Team Administrator and Personal/ Executive Assistant community to deliver agency-wide events and programmes.
- Any other ad hoc duties or projects, as required.
Talent Acquisition support:
- Managing all recruitment-related admin tasks
- Posting all open vacancies on our ATS platform Workable, LinkedIn, other job boards & media channels to ensure the best possible exposure for our vacancies
- Maintaining the ATS platform to ensure it is always live and up to date
- Undertaking research tasks to support the TA team
- Contributing to the development and successful delivery of ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects and initiatives
- Assisting with reporting and tracking
