Atkins Search are actively recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join a highly reputable and successful construction consultancy based in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic career opportunity with an established and exciting multi-disciplinary practice based in their Birmingham offices. This role has excellent prospects and would suit a highly ambitious Building Surveyor who enjoys working collaboratively within a vibrant team. In return, our Client is offering a competitive remuneration package in addition to an excellent benefits package, including APC support.

The role would involve you working on a variety of interesting projects across a variety of sectors, including private sector and public realm, infrastructure, education, residential, retail, healthcare, and many more. Your responsibilities would include project work, general condition surveys, professional building surveying, dilapidations, design, party wall, and pre-acquisition surveys. You will be also be involved in client development, financial forecasting, and growth.

As a Building Surveyor, some of your responsibilities would include:

- Hands-on delivery of building surveying services
- Pre-acquisition surveys
- Building condition surveys, including building services
- Defect diagnosis & solution
- Access audits
- Aerial surveys
- Leading projects
- Client management and development
- Technical reviews to manage the quality of services

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
