Executive Assistant

**Key Accountabilities**
- Management of CEO’s diary
- Ensuring CEO is fully briefed & prepared for all meetings
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Travel planning - domestic & foreign
- Administrative support to CEO, CFO and COO - to include:
- _o Composing and preparing correspondence on behalf of the CEO_
- _o Running minor errands for the CEO upon request._
- _o Meeting secretariat duties - e.g. publishing agendas, distribution of board packs & committee packs, taking minutes, tracking outstanding actions. _
- Managing CEO’s vehicles, including scheduling MOT inspection, service etc. and liaising with his driver to arrange diaries/travel as required
- Administrative support to the CEO in managing his portfolio of businesses and properties.
- Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality in respect of all aspects of personal data and corporate confidential information.

**Knowledge & Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
- Proficient in MS Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience working in a regulated financial services organisation, or other corporate professional services environment, would be strongly preferred.
