Due to increased workload we are looking for skilled Builders & Labourers to join our small, productive team.

This is a varied job role working across Aberdeenshire and would suit a hard working, motivated individual, who can use their initiative whilst working across multiple sites. Experience is preferred in:

- Labouring for Builder / Bricklayer
- General Building Tasks
- Mixing Cement & Renders
- Collecting & Moving Materials
- Roughcasting - Stripping & Application
- Ground Preperation
- Slabbing & Landscaping
- Concreting - Foundations & Slabs
- Drainage Works
- Good Site Housekeeping

A Driving License is essential and experience of trailer towing would be advantageous.

Additional experience in ground works, digger work, fencing, soft & hard landscaping would also be advantageous but are not essential.

**Salary**: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Aberdeenshire (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
