We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Global Privacy Office. You will have strong understanding of what it is to deliver effective change. Working at the core of our fast-growing enterprise, your expertise is important to our success. You willbe the driving force behind many Privacy initiatives that we are rolling out, working with colleagues across the business, you will help to shape our future

This role reports directly to the Global Privacy Program Manager and will support varying Privacy Program Projects and Gallagher more generally on other projects.

**Your Role**:

- Leading the inception and initiation of multiple projects, defining project approaches, scope, resource requirements and estimating project delivery timelines and cost, ensuring requirements can be articulated, understood and agreed
- Defining, establishing and handling project structure, roles and teams to ensure effective delivery
- Planning, managing, monitoring and reporting on the work of (sometimes disparate) project teams to deliver the outputs to the agreed timescale, cost and quality
- Producing RAID logs and handling mitigation activities, including ongoing risk assessment
- Working with key business partners / divisions to clarify project outputs, timescale, quality and cost criteria and build relationships to enable the achievement of project objectives
- Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to the project team
- Working with Global teams (Technology, Security, Legal, Comms etc) to include their costs, activities and results (including those delivered by external representatives) within the overall project scope and approach, providing challenge and support to ensurerelated outcomes are achieved
- Crafting high level and detailed documents, using a mixture of pictorial and written means in order to optimally connect with the project team, peers and collaborators (including Executives and senior managers)
- Assisting the Programme Manager and Global Chief Privacy Officer as part of the wider Privacy Program
- Actively staying ahead of industry practices and contributing to maintaining a successful team

**Your Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications**:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent desired
- Project Management PMP, Prince 2 or MSP certification desired
- Knowledge of general insurance including London Market / Lloyd’s and Industry products, services, and classes of insurance and the underlying legal principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of business improvement and change management methodologies
- Knowledge of and proven experience in data privacy and protection related initiatives with technology related components would be an advantage.
- Previously held a variety of project management roles, demonstrating a good knowledge of the projects objective and success criteria
- Full life cycle project management experience, along with experience of leading sophisticated, scale, and time bound projects
- Experience of successfully delivering projects / change to agreed outcomes across multiple disparate business divisions with differing needs and challenges
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication with the ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence business decisions
- A self-starter, time management and deadline driven
- Strong project leadership in times of ambiguity and evolving business needs
- Attention to detail, comfortable with conducting analysis and handling financial data
- Ability to travel as required
- Eligible to work in the UK.
