**Responsible to**: Payroll & Billing Manager
**Contract Type**: Part-time (30 hours) or Full-time (37.5 hours), Permanent
**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
Sedbergh School is seeking a highly professional, motivated and positive person to join their busy finance team as **Finance Administrator**. Reporting to and working with the Payroll & Billing Manager, the Finance Administrator will primarily be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all transactions through the bank accounts are processed in a timely and accurate manner;
- Ensuring that agency commission invoices are paid in a timely manner;
- Assisting with the accurate maintenance of pupil records and assist in the billing process;
- Ensuring that petty cash is maintained, distributed and reconciled;
- Supporting the department with other duties as required.
