They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Property department in Honiton, providing timely support to a busy Fee Earner

Maybe you already work at a practice in Honiton but are keen to take on a fresh challenge. Or perhaps you face a commute into Exeter each day and would love the opportunity to work closer to home. Whatever your circumstances, if you have gained at least12 months experience of working as a Legal Secretary (or possibly much, much more) then we would be delighted to speak with you. Specific experience gained within a Property team is not essential so long as you have Legal Secretarial experience. This canhave been gained within any discipline of law.

Of utmost importance is a superb, empathetic telephone manner when dealing with clients at what can be an extremely stressful time in their lives. You will be the sort of individual who prides yourself on your ability to explain things clearly and calmly,putting Clients at ease.

You will be providing timely support throughout the whole conveyancing transaction, from initial instruction through to post completion matters and you will be happy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
