We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Second in PE who is fully aligned to our Trust Vision, Values and Behaviours and the Academy Key Drivers. A genuine passion for PE and a strong commitment to developing young people to achieve their potential is essential.

A visit to the Academy, so you can meet the Principal and key Middle and Senior Leaders is warmly encouraged, to enable you to discuss the post in more detail.

- have the knowledge and experience of the context in which Maltby Academy operates.
- have a strong set of leadership competencies which enable them to effectively challenge, hold to account and support the teams they lead to deliver impact.
