We are recruiting for a new member of our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) team, to fill a vacant EPMO Coordinator role.

The role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week, based at our Bristol office, based 1-2 days per week on site, with the remainder of the time working remotely.

You will be part of a team of 3, liaising with Project and Portfolio Managers, being the conscience of the projects, programmes and business initiatives, tracking the reporting and progress of the status to ensure that they deliver to milestones and to the Mitie standard.

Your main role, assisting the Project Managers, will be
- Reporting - challenging the project managers' key messages and information, ensuring it makes sense and is accurate
- Continuous Improvement - looking at ways that a process can be improved, working smarter to get a better outcome
- Project Governance & control - reviewing Risks, Issues, Change and Stage Gate control and Documentation Management
- Financial & Budgetary management - raising purchase orders and invoice management/tracking, ensuring they are paid when appropriate.

You will need to have experience of working in a project office environment, having excellent written, verbal communication and organisational skills, including an attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Also useful would be a knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Online.
