Chappell Enterprises UK are recruiting for a **Lawn Technician** in the **Pontyclun**area on behalf of our client who are part of the UK's number 1 lawn care specialists

This role would be Ideal for someone who has experience as a Greenkeeper, Gardener or roles within a Horticulture setting, who enjoys working in the great outdoors.

You will be given an iPad to record your jobs and your schedule to keep updated on. You will be working within a 20-mile radius of Pontyclun

Your pay will be **£10.42ph plus bonus and commission**.

**As a Lawn Technician you will;**
- Occasional Saturday, as needed, which attracts time and a half pay
- Be provided with a van, mobile phone and PPE for work, along with all the necessary equipment you will need to complete the job

Day to day as a Lawn Technician you will be working on domestic lawns large and small, providing each customer with expert service and a fantastic lawn
- A full UK driver's license
- Common sense and "can do" attitude
- Polite diplomacy and assertiveness whilst being able to think on their feet
- Empathy & understanding if come across a "difficult situation"
- Understand the need to act as an ambassador & representative for the company whilst in the field
- Healthy approach to competition and desire to be the best that they can be
- Clear and articulate speech and writing skills, together with basic arithmetic skills. (GCSE levels)
- Enjoy the challenges of working outside in all weathers & conditions throughout the year
- Be physically fit and able to maintain a job that can be both physically and mentally challenging
- PA1 & PA6 Beneficial (NOT ESSENTAL)
