You will be supporting residents with their daily tasks, facilitating hygiene, mobility, and nutritional requirements. Additional responsibilities for Care Assistants include, completing housekeeping tasks, following health and safety guidelines and accurately report condition updates or any incidents to senior members of staff.

Residents suffer with age related illnesses such as dementia and Alzheimer’s, Care Assistants are expected to support their psychological and physical well-being wellbeing is of utmost importance.

- Have two employment references, one of which must be from a care setting
- Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service.
- Have a minimum of 6 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
