Streetlighting Apprentice

We’re looking for a Street Lighting Apprentice to join our Kier Transportation team based in Stanford/Ower. Within this role, you can enjoy discounts at high street brands, gaining a recognised qualification, working on exciting projects and even more.

**Responsibilities**

As a Street Lighting Apprentice, you’ll be working within the Kier Transportation team, supporting them in keeping over 27,000km of roads flowing across the UK.

Your day to day will include:

- Operate a variety of plant and equipment to carry out required duties effectively..
- Working across several highways depots in the region
- Providing essential repairs, maintenance and upkeep to street lights in the area - ensuring that people can feel safe walking or driving home at night.

You will also study for a **Level 2 Highways Electrical **qualification with support from our experienced teams - giving you the practical skills and expertise to excel in your career.
