Pentest People are looking for an organised and friendly individual to fit into our projects and administration team.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
Coordinating various consultant diaries
Telephone contact clients to chase information
Reviewing documents and collecting information from clients
Maintain accurate records
Ensuring client assessments are delivered on time by working with all internal teams; Sales and Consultants
Review and keep to assessment budgets
Manage and maintain relationships with our clients
Carry out administrative tasks; update spreadsheets, data entry and management updates
**Main requirements for the role**:
A strong focus on customer service and client management skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively internally and with clients
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Adaptability to different requirements and a desire to learn as new services are created
The ability to multi-task and deliver towards client deadlines
Role will be office working from our Leeds site
