**What you'll be doing**

You will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety systems within Golding and providing health and safety advice to all levels of colleagues. You will ensure Golding meets its statutory, regulatory, legal and moral responsibilities for the health and safety of all key stakeholders. You will initiate and oversee a health and safety leadership change programme across the organisation.

You will have recent proven experience of working in a health and safety role at a similar level and bringing about culture change within an organisation. You will be a Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner (IOSH) or equivalent and be self-motivated, ability to work autonomously, performance driven and a confident decision-maker

**When and where you'll be doing it**
