Barista/bartender

We're looking for a barista trained, talented and friendly individual who loves early mornings, the smell of pastry and wants to forward our coffee mornings to new heights.
Opening at 8am for the local school runs, we're a hive of community spirit welcoming coffee morning groups, craft sessions, working from the pub and so much more.

On the quieter days, lone working is expected, but there is always a manager on site. Proactivity and reliability are paramount. Excellent English skills, top notch organisation and a keen eye for detail & cleanliness is essential.

Once the morning finishes, we go into lunch which is the serving of food, alcohol & soft drinks so experience in a bar is preferred. This is not essential, and full training will be given but good product knowledge is a real bonus.

The successful applicant will have had experience in a similar role and be full of energy and enthusiasm. We are a small but mighty team and we can't wait to meet you.

Expected hours: Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00 or 08:30-17:00
Weekend work available, flexibility is welcomed. But this is predominantly a Mon-Fri role.
