Our client, a globally renown publisher, is currently hiring a Compensation and Benefits Professional to join the global Compensation team.

This role will offer the opportunity to work across multiple regions on the full remit of reward activities, partnering with the HR representatives in each region. This role will also focus on reviewing and improving these global reward processes with the view to making them more consistent globally, working closely with the Centre of Expertise Director for Compensation and Benefits. To be a good fit for this role, you will be experience working in a specialist Reward team and have extensive experience in compensation related duties. You will have a can-do attitude and be looking for a busy, varied role within an extremely inclusive, collaborative and friendly team.

**Some of the duties that you will own in this role are**:

- Manage the global salary review process, including providing materials to the HRBPs and local HR representatives
- Work with HR data to provide HR Analytics, supporting the team in making informed decision relating to compensation and benefits
- Work alongside Global Director to support to creation and roll out of global compensation and benefits strategy
- Act as first point of contact globally for all HR teams in region, able to advise on policy and process
- Mange fully the benchmarking process as well as acting as lead for all global/regional benchmarking projects

**Essential skills include**:
Experience working within a Reward role previously
Strong Excel skills
A passion for numbers, data and systems

**Desirable skills include**:
An additional European language
Exposure within a global role or covering multiple regions
