As a Trainee Property Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their photography skills and build a career in the property/photography industry. You will work closely with our experienced director receive on-the-job training to help you succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist our director in planning and executing photo shoots for various properties.
- Measure and sketch accurate floor plans of properties. (Full training will be provided)
- Capture high-quality images and footage of interiors and exteriors of residential and commercial properties. (Full training will be provided)
- Edit and retouch photos using industry-standard software to enhance visual appeal.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Collaborate with property agents and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage and organize photo files and ensure timely delivery of final images.
- Create social media content.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of photography principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using DSLR cameras and photography equipment.
- Familiarity with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
- A portfolio showcasing your photography work (if available) is a plus.
