Senior Roof Supervisor

**Overview**:
**Scope And Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of employees, both on and off-site, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct pre and post inspections of works to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Organize and allocate workload to staff, ensuring productivity and quality.
- Visit clients to carry out estimates and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure accurate completion of work in accordance with updated drawings and specifications.
- Conduct toolbox talks and monitor health and safety on-site.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the role.

**Experience and Essential Skills**:

- Minimum 10 years of roofing experience, previous experience in a supervisory role would be preferred.
- Clean driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage projects from start to finish.
- Positive "can-do" attitude and ability to motivate a team.
