**The Details**:
Location - Fully office based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Lidl)
Hours - Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays)
Salary - £22,000 - £25,000 (DOE) plus bonus
**Your role will involve**:
- Taking inbound customer calls
- Making outbound customer calls
- Managing complaints
- Using live chat
- General administrative duties
- Working as a team to complete the team's shared responsibilities

- Is confident handling complaints, reaching fair decisions promptly
