**Role Purpose**

As Project Coordinator you will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. You will perform various coordinating tasks including schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with customers, internal and remote teams to deliver results on time.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Liaise with managers and customers to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organisational goals.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Design and control the project schedule. Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure all aspects of a project are organised and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project performance documentation using appropriate tools and techniques, tracking overall progress and achievement of milestones.
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risk. Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate stakeholder channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan.
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources.
- Deepen partnerships and establish relationships with outside resources, including third-party vendors.
- Achieve organisational goals while adhering to standards and best practices.
