British-born, today wehave 13 stores across the UK and are excited tohave recently opened our third store in the US an established Interior Designand Trade business, a mail-order service and a thriving website.

We are currently looking to recruit a part-time Home Stylist (32hours per week) to support our Retail Team, based at our beautiful store in in Knutsford,Cheshire.

In the historic town of Knutsford, found in Cheshires goldentriangle, what was once the Conservative Club is now home to our beautiful OKAstore. The iconic building provides a stunning backdrop for our two floors offurniture and accessories.

We are looking for an agile and proactive Home Stylist with apositive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture thiscompany culture.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager the Home Stylist isresponsible for providing an enhanced retail experience for OKA customersthrough the provision of instore design, room planning and styling services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating andpresenting design plans to customers using VectorWorks, Photoshop and MS Office
- Building astrong customer data base and capturing key customer data via Salesforce, Heroand till processes
- Identifying leadsfor larger projects and passing these to the Interior Design Service (IDS)
- Generating andmaximising project revenue to meet sales targets
- Efficientand accurate execution of EPOS transactions, processing of payments andassociated transactional paperwork and processes
- Liaising withDelivery and Warehouse teams to ensure deliveries are complete and compatiblewith stock availability
- Provision ofexceptional customer service, from initial enquiry through to projectcompletion, follow up and after care
- Being aproactive member of the sales floor team: greeting all customers and offering assistance,managing customer returns, communicating care and maintenance instructions forcustomer purchases, upholding presentation standards for the Store and backoffice areas
