Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing agreement in principle requests in a timely manner
- Communicating with intermediaries on declined cases as well as handling objections and providing feedback
- Collaborating with the sales team to take time pressures and the customer journey into consideration
- Consistently demonstrating compliance with the organisation's risk management policies which relate to Underwriting
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
- Experience working in a mortgage administration, processing or underwriting role within financial services
- Experience managing cases to a high standard with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations with regards to residential and buy to let mortgages
- Competent using Microsoft Applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
