This position will suit an experienced multi-trader with a Carpentry bias, to support the site manager and will include completing various tasks underway, elements which may fall between sub-contracted packages incl snagging works. the successful applicant will work as part of a committed team, the position is initially anticipated to be a temp circa 6 month appointment though there is potential opportunity for a willing and loyal individual to join our team on a permanent basis.

The project is a conversion of existing building to 17 residential apartments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £150.00-£180.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
