JOB TITLE: Grounds maintenance worker

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Flexible & dynamic

Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

Good communication, organisational & interpersonal skills

Ability to work alone and their own initiative.

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.

Driving licence essential.

LOCATION: Near Tiverton

HOURS: Approximately 30 hours per week but this is negotiable

PAY: Negotiable depending on experience

BENEFITS: Pension Scheme, Holiday entitlement is pro rota based on hours

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £100,000.00 per year
