FORWARD THINKING Independent Estate & Lettings Agent looking for a LETTINGS VALUER to join their dynamic team. This professional and highly driven team of property experts are located in the West of Nottingham and cover both Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.They offer a comprehensive list of services to landlords including property maintenance, investment and portfolio management.

**Job Role**:

- Generating new business
- Conducting all lettings valuations
- Marketing of all new instructions including photography and floorplans
- Maximise all business opportunities
- Build and develop relationships with landlords
- Advise landlords on marketing, market conditions and investment opportunities
- Management take ons

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Lettings valuation experience preferred
- Must be proactive and hungry for success, results will be rewarded
